NatWest reward account. £4 rewards for direct debits not showing

The two required direct debits were paid out of each of my two NatWest current accounts on 1st December, but the two £4 rewards are not showing as yet on my Rewards Account. The equivalent £4 for my RBS current account was showing on my RBS Reward account two days ago. Is anyone else experiencing this issue with NatWest?

The DD reward of £4 should appear within one working day of the second DD being paid.

I received an email when the second monthly dd was paid out telling me that I had started receiving the "reward".
I had misunderstood the deal - it's not £2 per dd, it's £4 if 2 dds are paid out in a month.
