One bank account frozen and I'm not always receiving money transferred into alternative bank

One of my bank accounts was frozen over a year ago after I requested a new card which never arrived.  Now funds aren't always going into my other bank accounts when they are transferred via online system, including a tax rebate from HMRC.   Any suggestions?

Your post isn't very clear - are you saying that an account is still frozen after a year, or that it's no longer frozen but you believe that the freeze is relevant to subsequent problems with online transfers?

Are you saying that funds transfers are literally going missing or just being delayed by security checks, etc?
