I paid in £70 in cash at the Halifax yesterday. Unfortunately because I was rushing I didn't check the receipt the guy gave me, and when I checked my account online today, it's shown up as a £60 payment. I found the receipt and it also says £60. Do I have any chance of getting the £10 back?
