Hi everyone,
We are attempting to get our charges back from HSBC, sent first letter, no reply, sent second letter, no reply, sent third court letter and have received a letter from their solicitors asking for a break down of charges, which we have sent to the bank in the two previous letters. We are going to do this again, does anyone think this means they are getting ready to settle? And has anyone gone to court yet, haven't of anyone, but thought I would ask.

Hi there,
I'm not sure what it would mean but you could have a look through the success stories thread and see the members who have had success with HSBC and see how their claims went.
Best of luck,
