Would fibre be worth it?
Currently coming up to the end of our Sky Broadband contract, with a normal download speed of 3.5 - 4meg. I've been looking at fibre deals and in our area, the max speed is around 22meg. So far the speed for us has been adequate, with rare buffering on Youtube and gaming being generally fine (not a big gamer anyway).…

Angry with Supanet
I am really angry with Supanet. My grandad gave them a month's notice that we were switching. They have charged him a big termination fee (which is equivalent to 2 1/2 months payment) despite the contract ending in November (which is when we are switching). They have now sent him a message saying "welcome back" which I…

Zen broadband - any of you with them?
I was with Zen some years ago but switched to o2 as they were cheaper. All was great until this past week. I've been suffering hellishly slow…

bt broadband usage monitor not aligned to bill period
My bt broadband usage monitor has always been for the same period as my bill period (from 14th to 13th of the month) and therefore easy for me to monitor. In the last 3 months the online usage monitor is now working from 1st to last of the month, therefore making sure that I do not go over my allowance nearly impossible.…

Plusnet fibre broadband
Hi, I've had Plusnet fibre for two months now. The first month was excellent (75Mbps), but since then the speeds I've been receiving are a fraction of what I should be expecting (now 8Mbps), and are actually less than the speeds I was achieving when I had an ADSL connection. Plusnet are blaming BT and saying that there is…
