Bt

My internet has been on and off for months! When I contacted bt they could see there were thousands of "dips" with the internet which meant no internet connection. Eventually they sent an engineer out. In which he carried out work by changing the bt box cover and said ' you can't use the hub anywhere else in the house now'. The engineer also informed me that you should have no charge! If I knew that they would charge me this much I would of said leave it As I cannot afford to throw this sort of money away! since he's been the internet is working! But everyday I've got to reset the hub, although all the lights are blue! Last month I had a bill from bt with an engineer charge of £129.99 to carry out the work and they took the money from my account. In the meantime I've contacted bt spoken to numerous people and been on hold for hours trying to sort it out but I'm not getting anywhere! They have just informed me that they are not prepared to discuss this further. I have now contacted my bank and asked for a refund, I have received this money back into my account, I keep on having emails from them to pay the outstanding balance!
