Printer issue
I have an HP wireless printer which I used with my old laptop. I now have a new laptop and want to print stuff off and I am unable to do so. My new laptop does not have a disk drive to for me to be able to install the printer software. Please help I really need to print some stuff off today. TIA.

Plusnet Broadband
I have had my plusnet broadband activated today and my speed is 11mb and the package is broadband unlimited. My question is do they moniter the first months usage and decide if you are a heavy user or a light user and if you are a heavy user they may turn down your speed ie from 11mb to 5mb.

Hii'm out of contract with BT and am moving to virgin media on 31 Oct. I've received a 'don't go' type letter from them, saying there will be a £30 'stopping broadband' fee. Has anyone had any success challenging this?

Is this a good deal.... We have been offered the Big Daddy for £87 for the first 3 months and then it rises to £104 after that.... there is a 10 loyalty discount apparently. With this you get everything so Sky Movies and Sky Sports in HD.
