I have a fab deal which MSE mentioned giving £100 M&S vouchers from Sky and £92 from MSE...not sure what timelines for the latter as I have had the Sky vouchers...any ideas anyone please ?

I subscribed to a great deal with Sky in sept. It involved receiving £100 from Sky in M&S vouchers and £92 from a marketing agency, not had the £92 and it's been over 90 days who and how do I chase ?0
