Exceeding Download Usage
We have had an e-mail from our Broadband provider saying that we had exceeded our download usage allowance by 3.5 GB. Is this because we've been watching too many 'Movie Trailers' and 'You Tube' clips?? Because we don't download music or films etc. Thanks.
