Avoid Plusnet/BT at all costs!
Anybody else finding Plusnet/BT absolutely worthless and useless? We now have dial-up speeds on what is supposed to be a broadband service. This has been going on for a couple of months: it doesn't matter how often it is reported, the problem gets 'escalated' then we are told it is 'resolved'. Except it carries on exactly…

Question about TalkTalk/other broadband recommendation needed
We've been with TalkTalk since June, on their Talk 3 International plan... Now, it works out well for calls, seeing as we get most international calls for free (the only down side is that Norway isn't included on the list, as one of my housemates is Norwegian!)... But we're not happy with the broadband, which is also…

Wanting to change my broadband+phone supplier
Hi everyone, I'm thinking of changing my broadband and phone supplier due to my latest phone bill and broadband costs being too much. I used to have a bed-sit which was exempt from council tax (landlord had to pay) As a studio is much the same as a bed-sit bar having its own shower room why should the banding be the same as a 1 bedroom flat? Switching from Orange to BT
After being with Freeserve/Wanadoo for 6 years, I have had no major problems until they were taken over by Orange.
