Hi
My dad used to get his Internet from GlowInternet (& telephone as well) this was a number of years ago. Their telephone (& Internet) stopped working and after 2 weeks they contacted BT to find out what they should do. They were told that Glow was gone and if they wanted their telephone back they would have to return to BT.
They got 'reconnected' to BT and went to AOL for their Internet service. recently (couple of months) they were contacted by a company that said that they had taken on Glow's business and thay they owed them for the service. Pay or meet the debt collectors.
May Dad has explained that the service was discontinuned by Glow and therefore he owed them nothing as he had to get the service from elsewhere.
The problem is they are still chasing him. Any idea what he should do?
Doug
P.S Still with BT, but Internet was then switched to Wanadoo, now Orange.
