Hello, I am thinking of going banckrupt as I am in a DMP with a company but dont feel like I am getting anwhere with paying off the debt..... I have done a SOA, do I need to include my boyfriends income and he pays half towards the bills. Thanks Sarah x :(

does the OR look through all your old bank stateme
if you get a basic account before you go br does the OR still get access to your old bank accounts and question everything? im really worried they want to know everything we have spent on and wont be able to remember.
