Handling Creditor calls after bankruptcy

I continued to get calls from debt collectors and other creditors, after going through the security questions with more confidence than ever I enjoyed hearing them (or the recording) state "This call may be recorded and used for training and security purposes"

Once we go past all that spiel I would then say "Since you are recording this call I wish to inform you that If you continue with this call I will send your company an invoice for £100 to cover my time, do you wish to continue?"

I have only had to repeat myself once, they soon get the message.

I only use this where I have personally stated on previous calls that I am bankrupt and have given details of my bankruptcy.

Done.
