Just about to ring the court .

I'm just about to ring the court to book a date for my BR hearing - absolutely pooping it! I've booked today off work as I tried to call yesterday from work but the line was permanently busy - couldn't stay on hold as I had to keep nipping out to call as I share an office. Besides, knowing me I'll burst into tears afterwards.
Just before I take the final plunge I thought I'd do a quick check with you more knowledgable types in case I've missed something obvious!
Insolvent - check!
Got advice from CCCS - check!
Filled in and printed forms - check!
Got the fee - Check (raided overdraft
)
Told other half I'm in debt - complete shock to him, he's great with money and is really annoyed I never mentioned it before - Check!
I'm going to open a basic account at Barclays this morning so I can make sure my wages don't go to my old account (especially as I've just cancelled all my direct debits and my bank is also a creditor ... expecting the calls to start any minute even though I only did this yesterday!).
Have I missed anything obvious? Just so worried I'll book the date then realise I'm a numpty and I've missed something huge.
Sorry for blabbing and blubbering; anyone who says BR is an easy option obviously hasn't done it

Hello yamsteroo, No you haven't forgotten a thing! I noticed even telling OH, well done you! You blabber away, were always here to listen!
Take care,

Good luck, as wishes says looks like you covered it all, and well done for telling OH I know how hard it is to tell your nearest and dearest, although I must say all I have had is support.
good luck

Good luck, as a point of interest are Barclays one of your creditors?:pB&SC No. 298

Thanks for the support guys - this forum is the only thing that has kept me sane since I finally pulled my head out of the sand a couple of months ago.
Dojoman, Barclays aren't a creditor, I'm with Cahoot but in the end I phoned the Co Op this morning and they have opened a Cashminder account for me - should get the bumph in the next week or so. It may seem odd to profess to have principals and still file for BR but I just couldn't bring myself to call Barclays in the end so went with the more ethical Co Op ...0
