Car Expenses
I bought my brova a car so that when he's BR, he still has wheels. I will pay the insurance on it. Can someone tell me if the OR will ok the other expenses, ie petrol, maintainance, MOT's etc., on his SOA Thank You:question::question:
Voluntary Repo of house before BK?
Myself and my wife are due to file for BK and have a joint mortgage. I was wondering do we apply for the voluntary repsession forms and send them off (Northern rock) before we petition for BK?
