Can someone tell me if CCJ's would be classed as legal proceedings for question 1.16 in personal details section.

Do you have current CCJ proceedings going on? If you do, you need to send in the Acknowledgment of Service within the specified time (you can do this online) and say you plan to defend the whole amount. This will buy you a further 14 days to get your bankruptcy done.

i'm very cross as had a DMP with payplan who said they would acknowledge a summons that was sent to me a couple of weeks ago. Then on Saturday - day after i went BR received a CCJ saying the claim was unacknowledged!0

That happened to me too! In my case I contacted the court themselves before the CCJ and it went through anyway.
