Im interested in opening an Interet Saver Account through the Yorkshire Building Society.

They are very BR friendly so you should be fine. No, you don't have to tell the OR, about any accounts that are opened after the date of your BR order, they have no interest in accounts not included in your BR.
Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear
  • Hi peachy.

The reason I said I will inform the OR is that on the date of my BR, the young court clerk who dealt with my paperwork on the day said that if I open a bank account whilst undischarged, I must infrom my OR.

I have took it for granted that what the young lad said was true, afterall, he does work in the court and deals with BR only.

    Have I been misinformed then??
