Why does anyone want ED?
I cannot help but wonder why anyone would want early discharge? I'm a little confused. To me getting ED means you can start to rebuild your credit file - but to be honest I have NO desire to do this or ever get into a credit mess again. Are there other reasons why people want ED? Am I missing something?

Tax via PAYE after Bankruptcy
I was made BR in Nov last year, was told the usual your will get a nil tax code etc. and had to pay what tax I did owe via a third party that the OR office arranged. Can a discharged BR reclaim bank charges!
I was just wondering if once you are discharged you could reclaim these i know its a right cheek but was just wondering. I know i applied through a company when BR about PPI reclaiming and was told i could not because i was BR what they did not say was if you could reclaim once discharged?
