I have posted on your thread.
Please don't feel invisible, unfortunatly the boards are moving quickly at the moment so if your thread does get missed just bump it back up again and someone will be around to answer I am sure. Things do get missed sometimes.

Sorry, I didn't respond to your post 1st time but I couldn't answer the question you posted about anglia water
As Tiger feet suggested you can add to the SOA form (extra pages at the end for this) if you want to copy & paste info. However, if you have your SOA at hand - printed out if need be - then its just a matter of entering those same details into the relevant sections on the form. Does that help at all? Am very happy to help if I can

If the OR decides £48 is too high for your water dsipute it and send in a copy of the bill. I take it that is £48 for the whole 12 months and not like i did,i put £44 and it was only for 8 months:o. It got accepted but the next time i did an IPOQ, i worked it out correctly(after finding this forum)and explained it should only be £38:pFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

the water bill is set till sept then it will be reviewed.
I've been trying to sort this br for ages, and its so confusing. what to put as there are so many conflicting views, who do i listen to?0 -
I can understand it being confusing. You need to cherry pick the stuff that makes sense to you, and that is applicable to your situation. Remember, no one else will be there for your OR interview, so you need to be happy with what you put on the forms, etc. We will answer from our experience, but you need to fit it into your picture in the best way to suit you.Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

Take it one step at a time and you'll get there. It helps to keep all your questions to one thread so people viewing and commenting easily remember all the details of your personal situation.
We've all been where you are in it can be overwhelming - just remember keep breathing - we all made it through so you can too!

we moved into our house in sept last year and started afresh. and have phoned the water company several times, and they say we have to pay £48 per month. we have a water meter in the house.
i think i should'nt worry about that so much as its not really going to make that much of a difference to my soa0
