    Hiya Chunky

Sorry I`m rubbish at the `reasons why` stuff.....like you I worry that I will be refused...I know that Bethankim was brill at this....but not seen her on here lately.

Tell it as it is...re-read & cut any waffle & add dates as far as you can. Remember its your account of how this all happened & everyones is different. OMG bet mine will look like war & peace.

I'm new on here too - only been a few days since I worked out had to go BR as only option. So many questions, so much to take in and so many decisions to make...so I know how you feel when you can't get the answers you need when you feel you need them

I've found that now I've know I have to BR, I feel a sense of relief in a way. I still get bits of the day when I get overwhelmed with emotion, and just let it come, in private...then I go over all the positive things I'm doing about it all, and what the positive outcomes of all this could be.

Most of all, over the last few days, I've worked out that I really don't have the energy to stress out about what I can't change, I just have to work with it somehow.

Keep asking your questions, they'll get answered at some point. While you're waiting, try to not get too worked up about it all (tricky I know). Find ways that work for you to de-stress

    best of luck

Its the OR that requires the payslips/statements etc.

The judge will soley concentrate on the insolvency issue so no need to take any of these with you on the court day.
