I was made br in dec 2008, I received today a tax return, I havent been self employed since October 06. I rang the tax office and they said I have it because I am br. I told them I am employed and have been while br and not self employed. Anyone else experienced this.

What protection does BR offer.
I have read that BR offers protection and also this was mentioned on some forms i read, does anyone know what protection the ccourt offers BR people. Sorry to be stupid, but does it mean protection from creditor harrassment ? I could do with some of that.
