My OH and I recieved a letter each from the trustee today but were confused. It reads like the following.
"Plase find enclosed form BHNOT advising you that the property detailed within falls within section 283A (1) of the insolvency act 1986".
Can anyone turn that into plain english??

Think that as it's a family home, the OR has 3 years to deal with it and does nothing for the first year. point xi:
