silly questions (maybe) pensions

Im sure I know the awnser. But will the cash in my small pension. Even tho Im no longer in SERPS.
(For got to change the tiltle) lol
My car currently is broken will they want to take it still. (if it was running the value is about £1500)

It might be worth getting a quote for repairs to enhance your case, although I can't imagine that it would be worth the hassle for the OR to seize it, based upon what you've written.
