IPA and discharge

Hi all

I'm pretty certain I'm going to end up with an IPA and was wondering does that mean I wont be discharged for 3 years?

Nope! if you have an IPA then there is no reason not to get ED. Though at the moment with the amount of work OR's have at the moment ED's are becoming less likely.

Thanks Tigerfeet for clarifying that as I was thinking I wouldn't be discharged for 3 years!

No, you would still get your AD after 12 months if you don't get ED.
