Please can anyone help?
I logged into my Ciao account this morning to see if a survey i did about ten days ago had been credited and my moneys all gone! It was there yesterday but today everythings gone, my money, list of surveys ive done etc. The only thing thats there is my profile!! Now im thinking maybe there is a time limit on claiming the money that i didnt know about? I'm fairly new to Ciao, joined about May and have never claimed payment before. Ive tried to email them but it wont send it coz apparently the address isnt in the right format.....i dont know what else to do?

After reading your post i decided to check my account and the same thing has happened to me. I can't remember exactly how much money there was but there was definitely more than £0.00.Moneysaving at its best!0

I too checked my account after reading your post Mrs(no)Money...and a) the site is REALLY slow this morning and b) I too have £0.00 in my account. I know that last month I received a cheque for what I had earned (did that at the right time then eh?) but I have since completed other surveys so know there was something in there. Very strange. Let's hope this gets rectified soon.
EDIT: Just checked my profiles as it was stating I hadn't answered all the questions when I had. I clicked submit, but a page came up saying that the site was experienceing technical difficulties. My guess is that there is a huge problem at Ciao's end and hopefully they are trying to fix it.0 -
Hi,
After reading your post I checked my account, and I'm speechless: £0.00 balance (instead of around £20)! I've read their FAQs (the 'Earning Money - Requesting Payments' section), and noticed that they reserve the right to take your money if you don't log in to your account, or answer surveys for 6 months or more. This is definitely not my case - I'm currently trialling a product from them, and my profiles were updated in July.
This is what they say on the website:
Q: Do I eventually lose the credit in my Ciao account if I fail to request a payment?
A: Provided that you continue to log in to your Ciao account regularly or to take part in surveys on a regular basis, your Ciao account balance is assured. However, should you go for a period of six months or more without logging in to the Ciao website or entering a survey, your balance will be set back to zero and all earnings lost. I log in and do their surveys too.
I am assuming and hoping it is just a technical glitch, as I will be very angry if I have lost my balance!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Quick Grabbit, Freebies, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning and the UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.

luckily i withdrew £25 last week, however, surveys i've done since have gone tooIt's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -
think it must be a technical glitch!! mine has gone to 000 as well,0
