I've been with SSE for my electricity since Jan 2022 and am thinking of changing to Click Energy. Current units on SSE's budget plan have just reduced from 37.94p to 35.28p however Click Energy currently have a 1 year fixed rate of 26.98p per unit. Does Fiburs not work with Netflix? Or just the brand of the TV?

If a new tenant is on universal credit and getting housing benefit do they need to pay a month in advance plus a deposit . What happens at the end of the tenancy if UC is paid in arrears . The agent will have 12 months rent from UC plus a month up front from tenant plus the deposit .
