Landlord v Private Rates

Hi,

A random query but I wondered if there was a difference between Landlord rates and private rates? I know that Landlords get until September to pay their but other than that is there a difference in what is charged etc?

There is a landlord discount if you pay the whole amount in September but as private you have the opportunity to pay over ten months also you would also get a lesser  discount  compared to landlord if you made a one of payment if you are renter you pay each month

Yes the landlord pays slightly less  at a 10% reduction
