Why has T212 only sent 20000 to my new provider?
Just transferred this years contribution to Shawbrook and T212 have only sent 20k without the interest. The interest is still in my T212 account. how do I get that transferred as well? I requested a full transfer.

Trading 212 Cash ISA - Impossible to transfer ISA out!
A WORD OF WARNING! T212 makes it easy to accept a transfer in. But Transfers out are almost impossible. Every ISA provider demands an account number, sort code and (optionally) a reference number to accept an ISA transfer in. T212 doesn't give you a sort code or proper account number. Their 'account number' is just…

Flexible ISA Replacement Rules Confusion
I thought that withdrawal of current year funds from a flexible ISA had to be replaced from the account it had been withdrawn from. But reading the below in the new Coventry 5 Access ISA t & c I am wondering now if this is the case? Each withdrawal of Current Tax Year Subscriptions from this ISA account automatically…

Virgin Money ISA closue
A few years ago, I opened a VM ISA. By the time it was actually set up, the rates had changed and I decided not to move the money. The account has never had a transaction and has a £0 balance. Recently, I tried to pay into it but was told it was no longer available. So I asked for it to be closed. VM’s reply? They can’t…

Chetwood Bank via Hargreaves Lansdown
Hi - I was thinking about opening the Chetwood 4.32% 1 year fixed term ISA in case rates fall further. I’d be looking to largely fund via a transfer from another ISA. HL seem to say they accept transfers in via their Stocks and Shares ISA - so fiddly, but fine - although in order to open a Cash ISA (to transfer from S&S)…

(New) CMC Invest - Flexible Cash ISA - 4.85% (allows transfers)
Good morning, Forgive me but this appears new and has started just this morning appearing in my targeted ads. CMC Invest appear to have boosted their Flexible (+ allowing transfers) Cash ISA to 4.85%. This appears to have been a previous rate, but I'm not clear if it was cut and then has now boosted back up. Perhaps…

Flexible ISA transfers
Hi. I have a flexible ISA from last year 23-24 with Paragon (double access). This year's 24-25 is with Zopa (unlimited access). What I planned to do is max out the Zopa one before April. Then in April draw most of the Paragon one out and pay towards mortgage. THEN transfer the Paragon Isa (with say £2k left in it) to the…

Change to the Flexible ISA Regulation (5DDB) dated 15 July 2025
I notice that there's been a change to the Flexible ISA Regulation (5DDB) dated 15 July 2025. See: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2025/733/regulation/5/made The main effect of this is to change paragraph (3). From April 2024 this said: "(3) Any replacement subscription may be made only to the account from which the…

Flexible cash ISAs between providers
I’ve got an ISA with Tradding 212 and it is a flexible cash ISA. i paid in (almost) £20,000 at the start of this tax year and transferred in another £60k held in previous ISAs so the total balance is around £80k. if I withdraw the £20k I put in this year and then transfer the remainder over to another cash ISA provider (to…

ISA transfer experiences
My most recent experiences. First the bad and the ugly: * Monument to Santander. The request had to be made on paper, which I handed in to a friendly Santander employee in Branch. 6 weeks later, there had been nil progress as the form apparently "didn't reach the right department" (in Santander). This means I missed out on…

As the title says, Virgin Money are offering a 1 year fixed rate cash ISA with a rate of 5.05%: https://uk.virginmoney.com/savings/products/1_year_fixed_rate_cash_isa_exclusive_issue_14/ Seems to beat the best rate offered in the MSE newsletter?

Tembo ISA - Transfer/Allowance confusion
I recently opened a Tembo Easy Access ISA, made a deposit and also arranged for a transfer from a previous provider (NS&I). The transfer was worth approx £3.3k. I now see that my "used allowance" in Tembo is equal to my deposit plus £1100, and I don't understand where this £1100 usage has come from. Seems too much of a…

Transfer S&S ISA to more than 1 Cash ISA
I want to get out of the risk game (I've done quite well but have always disliked the risk element.) Current value of my S&S ISA is worth a couple of FSCS covered Cash ISAs so I'm wondering if there's such a thing as a "cash isa deposit platform" or am I thinking of something that doesn't (or doesn't need to) exist?

Lloyds Bank ISA
My 81 year old mum does not do online banking and this won't change, she wants to manage things in a branch with some human interaction. She currently has the best part of £30k sat in her Club Lloyds current account earning pretty much no interest on most of it. She has a local branch of Lloyds and their website says you…
