Transferring an ISA from a notice ISA account

I asked for the transfer to be made after the notice period.  Does the receiving provider give this notice to the original provider?  Never transferred from a notice account before.  Thanks

Happy to be corrected but my understanding is that the receiving provider typically sits on your transfer request until the stated maturity date and forwards it to the ceding provider on or after that date.

The one time I tried it I got notification from the sending bank. Nothing at all from the receiving. No idea if it will go through but all signs point to no. Ultimately I think notice ISA are just a bad idea.

An Update
Contacted the receiving provider by secure message they confirmed the transfer will be made after the notice period.  As the  original provider had previously contacted me fingers crossed to assume notice will have been given as they already know about it.
