Fly Parking at my Flats
Hi All, A bit of advice please. At my block of 20 flats, we have underground parking with a fob/roller door, and three visitor spaces above ground. Each resident gets a scratch off card to use visitor bays. We have a PPC, sadly, but they are fairly benign, as it is a small site there is little for them to do. The problem…

DCB LEGAL RECORD OF PRIVATE PARKING COURT CLAIM DISCONTINUATIONS
A UKPC/DCB Legal pattern is now emerging, the same as the Highview/CP Plus/GroupNexus/DCB Legal pattern that has evidenced itself over the past few weeks. * Court claim issued * Defence completed * Hearing date given * Witness Statement deadline dictated by the court * Phone call from DCB Legal to defendant * Email to…

I have a PCN for a private parking company (groupnexus)
The reason I got this was because I was doing Amazon delivery, with absolutely no legal places to park at all. So if i return the packages, amazon punishes me, if i stay and do the delivery, i get a fine... it's just not fair at all. it's exploitative and predatory. i'm tempted to take this to court. what should i do?

Parkingeye Princess Royal Hospital / St Francis Social Club Haywards Heath
I want to contest this ticket and have submitted an appeal to Parkingeye. However if going all the way to court, I am not well enough to attend a court hearing in person. What happens in such a situation - for example can it be dealt with as a 'desk' case by the judge, or could I 'attend' virtually either by video or phone?

All advice appreciated. Wonder what everyone’s thoughts are on this situation, haven’t come across a situation like this anywhere else. Stick with it, I’ll briefly explain!
