I'm trying to transfer funds from outside the UK into a UK bank account and I've been asked for an IBAN. The IBAN shown on the top of my bank statement is 22 digits long but the bank I'm trying to transfer funds from insists that it has to be 24 digits long, does anyone have any ideas? Many thanks.
