New to A&L premier 21, couple of questions

Hiya, I'm new here. I recently turned 18 and opened up a new current account with A&L with a linked ISA. I deposited money from my old (now closed) savings account into the new current account at a A&L branch today.
I would like to put this money into the ISA before this year's deadline. Can I do this over the internet today? I've tried reading the terms and conditions and I'm still a bit unclear - do the funds need to be in the account at the beginning of the day in order to make a transfer to the ISA? I don't have an overdraft so the thought of going into the red if they debit my account before they credit it worries me!
One other question, I got a friend to recommend me the account, so if I move all the money from the current account to the ISA am I still eligible for the £25 bonus? I expect that I need to keep funding the account do I?
Sorry if any of these questions are silly, I'm new to this kind of banking and trying to work it out without getting charged for doing something wrong:o

You won't go into the red if you don't have an overdraft facility. It would automatically reject any attempted transfer of funds due to insufficient cash being in your account.0
