Black saturn, I hope everything works out ok for you and that your ex doesnt hassle you again. However this is a good reminder to us all that this is the internet, and its easy to get complacent. We need to keep restrictions on what we post and not get too relaxed. Good luck.

I would be extremely grateful if Black Saturn would explain how the person they refer to discovered their identity.
I would like to do what is necessary to safeguard myself from having the same experience as Black Saturn.

    Malt Loaf Recipe

Preheat oven to gas mark 4. Put 3 weetabix, 4oz sugar and 40z of raisins or sultanas in a mixing bowl and add 1 mug of hot black tea. Leave to soak until the mixture has gone cold. Stir and add in 2 eggs. Stir again and add in 4oz self raising flour and 2oz porridge oats (optional but if not using oats substitute for 2 more ounces of flour). Mix thoroughly and add to a loaf tin and bake in the oven.

This sounds yummy!! Would this recipe work using all oats instead of flour, do you think?

Thanks for all the effort on this Black Saturn - I've only just caught up with this thread!

Oh No! I am so sorry for my thoughtless post. I'd only read the first few messages at that point. I hope Black Saturn is okay and am so sorry that someone has done this to her

Thanks everyone for your thanks and encouragement but I'm afraid I'm not going to give advice on this board ever again. Today I have expressed my concerns about an issue on another thread and as a result of that someone has contacted my abusive ex and told him of my wherabouts. I'd like to say thankyou to whoever that was for potentially ruining my life and now I may have to move again.

I think people get jealous on this board and get a chip on their shoulder every time someone gets ahead of them. Reading the posts in the middle of this thread about me can only confirm that.

Being broke all the while must make you miserable and it really shows on this board.
I posted on one of the mortgage/house threads answering a question about why people are interested in knowing how you'd paid off your mortgage and mentioned that you seemed reluctant to answer the question. You replied you didn't answer because of peoples jealousy and suggested I started a new thread asking you. I didn't as I thought the 2 statements contradicted each other, and as far as I can remember I have never started a thread to ask members questions personal to themselves, I either ask when the subject has come up or at times I have sent a PM to people if I thought we had similar circs.
I really hope you don't think it's me who has informed your ex. For a start it is not something I would do and also I live at the other end of the country in S.Yorks.
Is it not more likely someone has read your posts and recognised you from your postings and it doesn't have to be a member, anyone can read these forums. Though how they would know your exact whereabouts from forum posts I don't know.
