Pork Curry and Onion Bahjee Reipe
I must admit I'm not very good at cooking curry but here's how I do it.
With the leftover pork from sundays roast. Cut the pork into small cubes and add to the slow cooker, add sultanas, curry powder, one potato peeled and cubed, half an onion and about half a pint of boiling water. Serve with boiled rice.
Cut the other half of onion into small pieces and add to a bowl, mix in plain flour, curry powder and pepper until it is in a stiff paste and then form into balls. Deep fry or shallow fry until golden.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040 -

Lasagne Recipe
Preheat oven to gas mark 5. Peel and chop 1 cooking onion and add to a saucepan with some butter or margarine. Cook until golden and add 1 tin of value tomatos and a scwert of tomoto puree. When that is bubbling add 2 packets of value mince and a handful of herbs. Cook for around 20 minutes on a low heat.
Meanwhile boil about half a pint of milk in a saucepan and stir about 4 heaped teaspoons of cornflour into a bit of milk in a cup. When the milk is about to boil add the cornflour mixture and turn the heat down. Then add about 4 or 5 ounces of grated cheese and stir till melted.
In a baking tray layer up the lasagne sheets, mince mixture and cheese sauce mixture. Top with grated cheese and then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes ish.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040
