I am using telecomplus or the utility warehouse as it is now called. It is good for domestic but I dont think it is very good for international. Is there a comparision chart anywhere ?0

What tariff are you on with them? Have you moved your line rental to them ,or do you just CPS your calls to them? What countries were you thinking of calling? Dont you have to pay them £1.50p a month membership fee on top of any other charges?
I think your find that if you havent taken line rental, you can still use someone like 1899/18866 for cheaper intl calls, and probaly cheaper uk calls. There Intl calls are definitely expensive EG Australia 12p a min,Germany 10p a min.PF.0 -

Could commission have anything to do with it?Their - possessive pronoun (owned by them e.g. "They locked their car").

I don't think they get any commission. I emailed them about a site they where missing and they replied to my mail stratight away to tell me they would include it. It took them a few days to include it but they did. Try emailing them as I think they will put it on for you.0 -

Hi I just had a look at 1899. I think the reason they do not have it is that it is a company that you sign up for and get a bill from ? correct me if i am wrong. That site specialises in what's called 'dial through' companies. Dial through companies offer cheap calls without you needing any account. You just dial their number wait for a message about the call cost and then dial the number you wish to call. All the calls appear on your normal phone bill. If I am wrong about 1899 let me know.0 -

The two that April2 mentions are probaly the best. The Niftylist even includes VOIP call providers rates now.
I dont think you will find that commission comes into it.A lot of these companies are all part of the 1899/18866 family EG. Dialwise,Cheapestcalls,Dialaround,Pennyphone,Voipcheap etc etc.(This group does not pay commission for referals.)PF.0 -

I wanna add my bit.... that I use https://www.simplyfone.com for all my International calls from my BT phone at home & work.
Although they're tiny bit dearer [my calls via SF are to: PAKISTAN & PAK MOBILE 10p & Israel landline 3p & Israel mobile 7p] the qualirty is fantastic and connects every time..
Every time i use the above companies - even though cheaper - i cannot get thru & i get charged a connection charge EVERYTIME![i suppose BT's 5p minimum charge]
I worked out the diff & as most of my calls overseas from bt lines are not too long, i save dramatically AND I DONT NEED TO DIAL SEVERAL TIMES TO connect0
