cant be bothered reading 5 pages
what we do on a forum i moderate is a 1 touch ban & clean up
this works on new members who have been registered less than X days(eg 7)
and have less than X posts(eg 10)
it instantly bans and deletes all posts made by the user
this is open to all moderators ,and is great for instantly zapping spammers/spambots
obviously there is a level of trust involved with admin/site owners in their mods
handy for me as i often pop on before going to work and can catch the smappers on USA times0 -

Duely reported them and wish I was allowed to be very naughty and track them down and hammer THEM with spam... *sigh* alas chances are they are infact part of a botnet and it's someone remotely controlling innocent peoples computers to run their delightful little bots...
Hohum - keep reporting them peeps and eventually they might get the message DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

yes , 1 report is sufficient....poor abuse team will get 1000's of emails in one hit and the other spam will get missedEx forum ambassador

If in my user cp, I only enable MSE admin to send me pm's:
1] Does this mean spam doesn't get through?
