  • Morning all,

Happy birthday to Mushy Peas, hugs to Taplady and good luck to Michelle

Haven't been around for a couple of days as I have a stinking cold and have been up to my ears in Scouty stuff - had to go to Squirrels, Beavers and Cubs this week as there a few missing leaders and it's taken several days to wade through all the stuff from camp.

Yesterday I really wanted comfort food, so I made chicken pie with HM flaky pastry, HM oven chips, gravy, carrots and broccoli and then when we came to eat it my cold was so bad I had no appetite:eek: (doesn't happen often:D ) Still everyone else appreciated it!

Am going to clean the kitchen today - boy does it need it- and then we're making a harvest sheaf from bread this afternoon to take to church tomorrow for decorating. Have also sorted out some chutneys to go. We donate all this stuff, decorate the church and then on Sun evening we go and buy it all back again:rotfl: :rotfl:

Right off to do the kitchen - have a good day
