Been up since god knows when! Going to be infested with lots of Rellies shortly ( All the ex's Polish contingent) most of them look like Taras Bulba and have similar table manners. (Thats just the [strike]Whales[/strike] girls) I went to Tesco's early and cleared them out of cabbage so they won't starve, done a wash load too, bought loads of air freshener (See bit about Cabbage), boiled a sack of spuds, done a bucket of rice and now my hands are all wrinkly from making Kapusta and stuffed cabbage rolls and stinky garlic sausage butties on Rye bread. The Ex appeared last night too, got bladdered, so I had to kip on a two seater sofa   All this because they are a load of scheming two faced scroungers (they think some money is coming my way after a death)
Well after they have had Compote of fruit and Ex Lax they will learn what is coming their way
Bought some IZAL just in case mind you! Apart from that it is a nice day (or it will be when they all sod off again) Any volunteers for washing up???

Hi Sunny Angel and Onestep:wave:
What a busy morning I've had! Didn't intend to be so busy but got up this morning to find OH had left the kitchen in a complete mess last night. Made me so angry I decided to clean from top to bottom. Got out my microfibre cloths and off I went. It was really hard work as my back and joints are so painful but boy did I feel good when I had finished, everywhere was sparkling! Oh came in a little while ago and dumped bags, bits of shopping everywhere then made his sandwiches for lunch and left all the stuff out on the counter! He is in soooo much trouble! Good job I love him.
Going to spend rest of day trying to relax a bit. Hope you all enjoy the rest of the day.

afternoon everyone,
I got up early, tidied from top to bottom, did a little bit of shopping and have just made two batches of rock cakes, just enjoyed two with a nice cuppa!!
Hubby is at work and DS is busy making a big mess, seeing what floats and what doesn't in a bowl of water.
Such a lovely day, second lot of washing in and won't take long for it to dry today.
Don't know what to do for tea, quite fancy some chops so think i'll look up some recipes. If everyone cared and nobody cried, if everyone loved and nobody lied, if everyone shared and swallowed their pride then we'd see the day when nobody died.
ROCK IT DON'T STOP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BE GOOD OR BE GOOD AT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Decided to utilise my time at footie practise by trudging around the perimeter of the field. Felt a bit of a wally but hey, done it :rotfl: Think I spied some rosehips so I've made a mental map for a bit of foraging tomorrow at the match
:shhh:
mrs_mix - not quite sure what your post was trying to say, but, I think it's saying you're having a bad day?in which case, posi vibes being sent your way and to all who are having a bad day in some form or other.
After the bad night from last nights party animals in the neighbour, I sort of hoped for a bit of siesta this afternoon, but teen immediate neighbour is *enjoying* his music - I really will put my plan to play Secret Santa into action and deliver headphones to several addresses on Christmas Eve:rotfl:
Have another till receipt voucher from Tesco with £6 off a £30 (or over) in store shop so I'm planning carefully how to utilise it to it's best purpose - can't sniff at 20% off.
Mr P - thank you soooooooo much for the laugh; greatly appreciated:rotfl: :T :T Best of luck
D11yo needs to make some "Bolinho de chuva" as he's now deciding between Brazil and Italy for his Food Tech project. So, I'll supervise and the lads can be their own "tasters".~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

:rotfl: :rotfl: at Mr Proctalgia's post
I've made a batch of rolls for lunch boxes and am stewing some windfall quinces which are making the house smell lovely.
Have decided not to roast my chicken. Have cut it in half and put one half in the freezer to roast another day. Have jointed the other half to make honey-baked chicken from the More-With-Less cookbook which is lovely. Going to serve it with rice, tomato salad and green beans. Fresh pineapple for afters, think I'll do the blackberry and apples tomorrow.I don't know why I post my menu at the beginning of the day, I don't think I ever stick to it:rolleyes:
Good luck with the rellies Mr P :eek:0 -

Made us cheese on toast and a pack up of sandwiches for while they work."This site is addictive!"

Cheers for that, Queenie! DD is doing Brazil for her art project, but it will be nice to bring a Brazilian feel to tea time!
Thanks, for the PM!
