Woohoo, late nite snak will save me wasting my dosh on a Chinkies or Indian, my new diet is getting too plain, I need something different, mind you have have lost 3 stone since July this year, so don't want to change too much incase I end a fat b@stard again. :rolleyes:Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0

Hey Guys, thanks so muc for your help. I've gone with the Acer £339 one and it's being delivered on Friday :j . Gives me the whole weekend to figure out how to use it lol. Paid with my Amex for 5% cashback, and ordered through Quidco for another 2% cashback
Thanks again :beer:0 -
well done calibrax \0/
tesco done you well, if cap 1 limit is on 200, they are right misers are cap 1 lol.. who did tesco search for your card.
The Capital One card was originally a £200 limit, and even then I had to deposit £140 cash with them before they would issue me the card! They gave me the deposit back about a year later. But ever since I've kept trying to get them to increase the credit limit with no joy. But now I have two non-subprime cards on the way, I finally can get rid of Capital One!0 -
Hi! I've been dipping in and out of this thread for a while now. I recently applied for a catalogue and was refused. I then thought well what the hec i may as well try for a credit card, so had a look at the 1st page of this thread. I applied for Monument 1st and was refused immediately. I then tried Vanquis and was told we need to make checks..
....had a 'phone call this morning - i've been accepted :T
At last i can start to feel like a grown up! Mind you, with their interest rates they probably looked at my credit file and rubbed their hands in glee, thinking they're going to make loads out of me!!One step at a time0 -
