Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

I asked for my Capital One card to be cancelled back on the 26th March. Yesterday I looked on my credit report and saw that it wasn't yet marked as settled... called them up and they haven't actioned the cancellation... GRR.
FWIW, Aqua kept pestering me about PPI and Vanquis were consistently excellent service-wise.0 -
One complaint for Capital One Classic Card, they will not honour my request to change the card design (I wanted the one with the Earth picture) and they've sent a Tiger card (rather embarrassing to use in shops).
Otherwise I am happy with their online service, interest rate reduction and credit limit increase.0 -
Could have been worse, you could have got that little pink piggy thing lol. :rotfl:Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? Dunno about subprime , but I have found that I have a standard Barclaycard with a interest rate of 29%! I have a Vanquis and that apr is less!Capital one is 29% . Now my plan is , I have just been accepted for a card (JJb) with an APR of 18.9% , dunno what the limit is yet , but thought about shifting the balance from one of the higher cards and then close .0

Yes I know, but these cards are targeted at people with poor credit ratings etc, well done on the JJB card, they knocked me back...suprise, suprise, anyway I hold a Capital One Classic @ 30% and a Monument Visa @ 26.6% and it appears that they are lower than different flavours of MBNA.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? Did you use your real name or your handle on MSE? :rotfl:Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. Hey Proliant, I think you need to add the Halifax Classic Card as a contender. I know from other posts it doesn't accept adverse credit but it does help those building up a credit rating from scratch ...:happylove Tori Bellatrix :happylove
