am tempted to make a application tho but prob best to not bother as within the last 8 weeks i have been accepted for A&L current account with £500 OD / MBNA with £500 limit / Flybe account with £4000 / vanquis with £250 / also got accepted and use NEXT and Littlewoods

well thats prob the reason you got that message from tesco, by the sounds
of it they are going to give you the card if they can confirm your address..

yeah Tesco searched Experian for me as well according to file..

couldnt help myself and made a aplication for tesco card and got exactly same message as dan about the £400 credit limit

Thanks for your response, the CCJ's were settled around 2006. But this is only Equifax I have checked!!

I got refused for a Flybe card even though I had Vanquis and Capital one! Also finalising my current account with Citibank...Aqua has refused me too.

So I'm thinking Experian could be my bad file. Even though it hasn't set me back, I have just applied for the Argos Mastercard that is coming out. Link can be found on the Argos board. But got the usual response...We will write to you and let you know!! But hey you never know lol
