What kind of APRs do they offer?
They give me £500 @ 94% Apr, but the more you borrow the lower the rate, bearing in mind the state of my file...
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

How have you been running your current account with Barclays? Sounds like you have a low internal behavioural score with them?

My Barclays account has been run extremely well. I've had the account over a year now as it got transferred from Woolwich. Never had any charges, never gone over my limit. Whatever, it's their loss lol

i have just been on the phone to british gas (just before i leave for a week in pontins) and to my suprise and a long argument on the phone british gas have agreed to remove my 2 defaults i asked for them to confirm this in writing and he said the file will be cleansed today! so how long does that mean ie to show that they have been removed from my file

if they come true i will be so so happy and will start on removing my ccj altho i cant see that being removed no matter how hard i try

Is your equifax file clear then? I took the following off their website:

Who is eligible to apply for a Flybe Card?
UK (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) residents aged 18 years and over and over with a UK (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) bank or building society account. You will need to provide a landline telephone number for home or work and have a regular source of income through full-time or part-time employment of more than 16 hours per week (this can be you or your partner), or be a student, retired or on incapacity benefit. Finally, you need to have a clean credit history, ie, no arrears, defaults, County Court Judgments (CCJs), bankruptcies or Individual Voluntary Agreements (IVAs). You will also need to provide an active email address in order for you to register with the Rewards4all programme.

It doesn't sound like a subprime card.

Pleased to hear about British Gas, although they shouldn't have put them on in the first place
