Asked for further details before they can finalise a decision just got to play the waiting game
That's what Ulster Bank (also part of the RBS group like Tesco) asked of me - 3 months bank statements. Took about 2 weeks for them to make a decision and I didn't get the statements back until about a month after I got my card. The card itself just came out of the blue! I was so happy when it arrived.0 -
To be honest wont be too disappointed if they say no, they have already done a credit check so must have got through that (hopefully)was just gobsmacked that they didn't say haha you must be joking especially as my credit file resemble swiss cheese."In Italy for thirty years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance.0

I applied for the Halifax card (banked with them for over a year and have a £500 OD) but they turned me down because my credit to income ratio is too high. Wouldn't be surprised if its my Next Directory account pulling me down. They vary their credit limits like I don't know what - one month £1500 and the next £350 which is what it is now.0 -
thats exactly what they said to me my income is 2 high tho.
Not to bothered tho really. I have a next account aswell just got it last week. Also just awaiting on answers back about my sigma card ( JJB )and also my ulster. If i can get at least one of them then i will be happy enough for now0 -

Everyday Loans, they check Equifax but deal in the sub prime market, rate for risk type lending i.e the greater credit risk you are the higher interest you pay.

What kind of APRs do they offer?0
