Yes they would Tinks , also you don't need the Cayenne but it adds a bit more heat .. They really are gorgeous and so simple to make :j

We've had homemade burgers a couple of times, first time made them with lamb, bleurgh, they did not turn out right :rotfl: Beef burgers were gorgeous though on homemade muffins Oooh want some now! :j

jalapeno would be nice in burgers,we put breadcrumbs,egg,ketchup,lea and perrins or that reggae reggae is nice in aswell as chilli,garlic and grated onion,fine chopped peppers if you fancy.you can make meatballs out of the same recipe,well i say recipe,we just chuck all kinds in.
