For fish pie you can poach the fish briefly first (especially if you are using haddock), then you flake the fish and it comes off the skin and the bones fairly easily
I cut the fish up and added it to the sauce, next time I'll do as you suggest, only problem, how do I poach?Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

Not sure mine came out like that, but there's always room for improvement.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

Wow! I have never had so many birthday wishes in my life! Thank you!!!
psst don't forget it's Wendy's birthday tomorrow too
Debenhams was successful, the size 10 dress I wanted had gone, but I tried on the 8 and it was an even better fit! I am not usually an 8 on my 'top half'... :rotfl:
Got remeasured for a bra, the usual palava and I tried on perhaps about 10 brasin all kinds of styles and sizes. The one I eventually bought was a 30D so yet another cup size bites the dust! Which I don't mind, although I used to love my fuller bust, this is more practical and sporty. Exercise is certainly cheaper than a boob reduction
Of course had to get a couple of matching briefs
So then I qualified for my free choccy and £5 gift card :T
Visitors... I have to go... but no unfortunately I didn't make my 8.0 stone target this morning. I was 8 stone 0.5lb!
I will try to get back later for a catch up, thanks again for the b'day wishes xxx0 -

First of all Happy Birthday MissyG :bdaycake: !!!!!
OK my first weigh in today, I'm now 12st 5 so a9lb loss!!!!
Basically I knew I would lose alot this week, I've cut out crisps, chocolate, sugar in my tea, fizzy drinks, KFC and anything else I believe to be naugthy.
I'm quite aware my loss next week will be normal but its been a nice little kickstart to my motivation.
