Seems like a few of us are doing the Race For Life. Who's running where and on which date? We might be running next to someone from 'our group'. I'm doing it at Richmond Park at 11am on 29th June. Anyone else?I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0

Raph - You ok now? Take care.
Safesound - On 2nd September it's my 19th wedding anniversary. Now that's scary! You've got plenty of time to lose those last few pounds, but try to remember to enjoy yourself whilst doing it. If you can lose the weight whilst having fun it might help your stress levels from organising the wedding. I'm going to invest in a Wii. Sounds like an ideal way to exercise and have a laugh too.I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0 -
HaHa - I found you! Thought you guys could hide but using my superior skills of deduction I managed to track you down! Teehee - last time we changed it took me 2 days to realise what had happened
.
Nise - you look gorgeous. I hope I look as good as you do one day. Wouldn't mind being on that balcony either! Not too sure about being under the desk with Ajax but I will do my best when my turn comes!!:D
Happy to report a very nice 2.5 pound weight loss this week. I have been having problems with my knee which stopped me walking for quite a while but it seems to be better this week and so I have been having quite a few walkies with Charlie.
Good luck to everyone this week
Love

Has anyone on here managed to give up smoking and control their weight (or even lose weight) while doing so?
Suzy-Qu, I gave it up 9 years ago, but put weight on after. I'm now hoping that after yo-yo dieting for a good while and feeling ready to really go for it that I'll now lose a good deal (and keep it off) with so many good people here to give moral support. I've sent you a PM with some quitting hints that I hope will help.
Good luck!
