Thanks everyone for the answers and you lovely bb
unfortunately I have no idea what you are saying:rolleyes:
but it sound good:D
Hunger has been an issue this week, I am my own worst enemy because OH says that is your body saying to feed it and I seem to refuse to feed it because I know I gain just for looking at food and if I start eating I have been known to eat my own body weight:rotfl: :rotfl: so I avoid at all costs whether I am hungry, the body needs it, I guess it is my control over it like saying 'no, I can eat this amount per day and anymore makes me gain so you are not having anymore, nah, nah, nah:D
I have decided to do absolutely nothing about it, like missyg says it is going to be half term, so I will be out and about, mind off hunger, food, playing and walking with the kids, will stick to what I eat and know and leave it like that, it will pass:D Also the hol is coming and I look at the bikini and know I HAVE earnt the right to wear it(all that veg) I have got it into my mind that I will not be able to wear it and blow it for myself if I do what the body says it wants but I don't want...eating=weight gain:rolleyes:
... Vic, this is an order, not a request!! STABILISE!!!! Your body needs to recover, hubby may just be right about that "feed me" thing. 80lbs is a lot of weight for someone of your size. If you do (and I dont think you will) put on a couple of pounds before that bikini gets aired then it won't do you any harm at all. Just have one night where your body rules your head. Please?0 -
ll you rant all you like:D I have not done SW always WW and I find it easy to follow, so long as you point everything it is a doddle to follow, like ajax says you can save your points for that bottle of wine:D sure WW was not set up that way but if it works then at least you do not feel constantly on the diet/deprived/this is so hard road and can have a life:D
With WW you can fill up on 0 points foods which are wide and varied, sometimes though even the 0 points are not what you want to eat;) like you say they all work it is just finding the balance0 -

ajax I haven't got a problem, don't worry about it or me, just got hungry today, it happens sometimes, it is not an issue:D yes I can have more 0 points foods, a bit more salad, another apple but did not want one wanted REAL FOOD :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: someone my size?:rolleyes:0 -

........amen to that!!! If only SW syns were as easy to work out as WW points. You can stand in Asda, pick anything off the shelf and immediately say "yep, that's x points, that'll do fine". SW syns just seem so random.
Right, bedtime for this bonzo. 'Night John Boy.0 -

.... then have REAL FOOD!! Have a Dial-A-Pizza. Anything in moderation, and once in a blue moon is moderation.
Yes, "your size"I have an image of you that there's absolutely nothing of you, and that image has to have come from somewhere.

Lois, do you trust yourself to religiously count calories? I admire the victorys, missys et al of this world who can focus so hard - I could never delve that deep. If there's a plan to meet me half way to help with the counting, formulate a little easy plan for me to follow, then I find that a good place to meet.
I trust myself to count calories most of the time, but days like today are dangerous, because I start saying, oh well, I don't know how many I've had so what the heck I'll just write off the day and stuff my face! (I haven't done that today though.)
This is my issue with the noodles - bearing in mind that the pack size is 65g, look at the difference between the amounts per 100g, and the amount per half pack!
Half a pack would be laughable as a portion anyway!
