So Ajax, what did you have for breakfast today? I had (at half past 5:eek: ) porridge with mostly water and a bit of milk, cooked with a few dried cherries that needed finsihing up) Yum. And Mr GN made it which made it taste even better. Then I went back to sleep.

.... at the same time you tucked into porridge I tucked into a sachet of Ready Brek (microwave sty-lee) with a chopped banana chucked in. Scrummylicious.

I wish I could do the 'going back to sleep thing', I'm extremely jealous of you. Once I'm awake I'm awake, no matter wtether it's a 2am noise in the night or a 7am lie-in :(

I can weigh 3 -4 lbs more in the evening than in the morning which I guess is to do with hydration levels changing overnight. (Although I've never understood how 4lbs of water can come out of my body in 8 hours without me noticing)..

..same here. I'd love to have back the time I've spent trying to figure that one out.

bb I always have celeriac with turnip, swede, carrot mash with WW gravy ab fab, boil the veg together, mash and put lashings of gravy on it, very home comfort food, also for cottage pie or any pie that is supposed to have a potato topping on put the veg topping on instead, saves masses of calories and tastes fab:D

STS THIS WEEK trying desperately hard to take the STS on the chin and not let it bother me that really I want to get a clear 0 at the end of the stonage ready for the hols and however much I try I can't shift the last 5lb, guess I will have to get used tro it but at the mo still fighting against it with no luck whatsoever:D

Re-booked my hols from 6 weeks in Spain to 5 weeks then to 4 and finally to just over 3 weeks so that is better than nothing and it also helps with the house purchase that has not happened yet but will cost money lots of money,at least I get to go but OH is not going he says he hates the place and refused to come:rolleyes: just me and the kids then in a rented flat with mother nearby to upset me:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    Morning all!

Well done the losers and the STSs. Not sure how I'm going to fair tomorrow for weigh in. Feeling rotten at the mo, freind's family has flu and I think I'm coming down with it, doesn't help either that I've got 'ladies' problems too. Haven't exercised properly since Sat. REALLY missing it! OH thought he was being kind (which he was!), by bringing me buttered toast in bed. Prob is I can't stand it in the morning now but had to eat it so not to offend. Reading about all your brekkies made me realise even more what I was missing out on!
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

    Hi Victory

Don't mean to pry but is there any particular reason you want to go to Spain? Just thought maybe OH might go with you if you went somewhere else just as sunny (plus added bonus of no dragon!).

Hey guys :D Thank you for the supportive words. I realise I had started pushing myself too hard again (it's happened before), and I agree that raising cals a little bit this week and reducing the exercise slightly is probably the best thing to do.

FFM - I record my waist measurement, as when I gain weight (or bloat) that's where it all goes  so that's the only one I feel the need to keep an eye on! :D Everything else I'm really happy with!

The body fat/muscle changes in the last 2 weeks have been microscopic - from 0.0-0.2, so no changes there! It would be a brilliant result - if I had been trying to maintain :rotfl:

Thanks Grannynise, my weight can change by up to 4lb during the day too :o I know this is well above average for someone of my size. I'm also a full 2lb heavier weighing at the same time this morning as I did yesterday  I did relax a little yesterday but only to the tune of an extra 150 calories, not 7,000 :rotfl: Have you ever just wanted to just say **** it?! :o :rotfl:

I'm off out on my bike in a bit, only into town for a couple of little errands so 10 mile round trip. I'm still after some nice wrist & ankle weights :)

Hiya 10past6, glad to hear it's going well with the cooking, but sorry about the knees. You're right to rest up and see what happens.

Sue-UU, a while back someone on here suggested bran flakes (dry) with raisins and if you go easy on the raisins this would provide a sweet hit with a bit of bulk as a healthy snack? I'm sorry I can't remember who it was that suggested it. What about something like that and a big drink of lemon squash or similar? I know it doesn't exactly compare to tea cakes...

Hey Victory, well done on the STS, although I know it's not what you wanted. I guess our bodies do fight back, and yours and mine are putting up quite the struggle?

Tagz - feel better soon hon. I know you are missing exercise but whatever you do let yourself get back to 100% first.
