What would you do if you could have all the time back you spent worrying, analysing, counting, feeling guilty, dreaming of food, beating yourself up etc etc? I'd go travelling for several years :rotfl:The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Hello
I'm having a good day so far - counting calories definitely focusses my mind and makes me think twice before popping anything in my mouth (Ajax... behave!).
All these before and after pictures have inspired me, so I decided I would do some myself, but rather than just using a random photo to compare too, I posed in my undies while DH took a photo. I'm not sure if I'll ever be brave enough to post it on here, but it will be good for my self esteem when I can see how much difference losing weight will make.
Have a good day everyone.

Cycled into town, brrr colder than last week! Found some Nike wrist weights in a sports store in the tattiest most worn out resealed box covered with tape, writing and sticker remains. Thought here's a good opportunity to get them to reduce the price, but they wouldn't budge :rotfl:
Who'd pay full price for something that looks like it was in a jumble sale?0 -

.....I wish you hadn't written this missy, I'm perched on a fence here. Half of me thinks that having made the effort and then having them in your hand, the only way to lose was to cycle back without them - after all, it's not the box you'll be wearing and presumably the weights were ok? The other half of me thinks that it was undoubtedly right to ask for a discount and then having done that, you lose face if you buy at full price.
This needs more thought........0 -
It's OK Ajax I didn't go into town specifically to get them (had other jobs to do), and they are not worth full price to me as I know I can get cheaper elsewhere, and I'm not in a hurry either.
If I really wanted them I only had to walk a short distance to where Argos sells them £2 cheaper anyway :P0 -
....phew!0
