ajaxI can PM you every wednesday the sw p.word if no-one else does, I have a banana and yogurt for breakfast most days as that leaves all your As & Bs for later on , or as suggs says porridge made with water its 2 minutes in the microwave and very filling and good for your cholestorol as well . I make up packets of savoury rice if i need a packed Lunch as they are delicious cold and free on green ,or make up your rice pour beaten eggs over it and make a quick easy quiche in the microwave .
